The product arrived late, and in addition to delay, I received an invoice from FedEx for the shipment of the product from Brazil to the US. I didn’t purchase anything from Brazil. I purchase it directly from Keratin. At no point during the purchase was I informed that my personal information would be shared with a third party or that my order would be fulfilled through a supplier in Brazil. This is unacceptable. I’ve already sent several emails regarding this issue, and I have yet to receive any explanation from Keratin. If I do not receive a satisfactory response and resolution, I will have to take further action regarding this matter, as I feel that I was misled by Keratin. Tatiane
